Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in home services, construction, or operations-heavy industries.
• Proven success overseeing teams, KPIs, budgeting, and process execution.
• Strong leadership presence with coaching skills and accountability.
• Experience scaling operations, improving processes, and cross-functional leadership.
• Financial literacy: P&L management, forecasting, and budget alignment.
• High emotional intelligence, communication, and trust-building.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM tools and dashboards.
• Culture-first mindset focusing on values, alignment, morale, and development.
• Experience in landscaping is not required; leadership matters more than domain expertise.
