Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in lawn care/landscaping/chemical services with 5+ in management.
• Licenses: applicator licenses as required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily field operations to ensure on-time, within-budget service and high quality.
• Lead and motivate supervisors and staff to meet performance goals.
• Oversee scheduling for optimal route planning and resource use.
• Manage branch inventory of chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor service delivery to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Report performance to senior management and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and manage the branch budget to maximize profitability.
