Proud Moments ABA in Carson City, NV is seeking a Center Operations Director – ABA Services to lead the center's day-to-day operations and strategic growth. This non-clinical leadership role partners with senior clinical leaders to drive quality, efficiency, and family-centered service.

You will oversee administrative teams, manage billing and authorizations, and expand access by building relationships with schools, physicians, and health systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and understanding of autism and families.
• 2-4 years of direct people management in a director/manager role.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to build relationships with management, staff, clients and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization and time management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the financial growth of the center by managing day-to-day operations.
• Expand access by building relationships with schools, physicians and health systems.
• Manage administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for families with weekly family meetings.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Oversee insurance authorizations and billing procedures for accurate reimbursement.
• Motivate staff through evaluations and progress monitoring.
