GEODIS in the United States seeks a Director of Operations to lead warehouse, distribution, and inventory management across assigned facilities, ensuring safe, profitable operations. You will drive best practices nationwide, initiate process improvement teams, manage P&L, and coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams while meeting ISO requirements.

This hybrid role requires up to 75% travel in the first 90 days, then 15–25% thereafter, and a focus on staffing, budgeting, KPI

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with storage and shipment of food grade items preferred.
• Experience with inbound and outbound international shipments preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and procedures.
• Ability to manage P&L and budgets.

Aufgaben

• Directs warehouse and distribution operations for assigned facilities.
• Maintains safe, profitable operations with ISO compliance.
• Oversees budgeting, cost controls and KPI reporting weekly/monthly.
• Leads senior managers and account managers across campuses.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Travel up to 75% early on, 15-25% later.
