You will steward finances to fund new ministry initiatives, manage eight rental properties, maintain facilities, and support a growing school and ministry footprint in Kansas City. This role is essential to our ten-year plan and requires hands-on leadership and cross-team

• The school: We open a classical Christian school this fall, fully funded for year one.
• Real Estate - rental properties. All eight rental properties are currently leased.

Aufgaben

• Finances. The church is financially healthy and positioned to fund new ministry initiatives over the coming years.
• Our building. Most of the church's buildings are old and have a standing list of annual maintenance and large capital projects that are waiting on a plan and a funding sequence.
• The school. We open a classical Christian school this fall, fully funded for year one. Beginning in 2027 we will fundraise and build an endowment. That effort will be carried primarily by another staff position, but the operational systems across our church run through you.
• Real Estate - rental properties. All eight rental properties are currently leased. An ideal candidate for this position would be able to manage these properties well enough to turn rental income into an engine for funding ministry initiatives.
