Redeemer Kansas City, a church of about 450 people in Midtown Kansas City, seeks a Director of Operations to build and run the systems—finances, facilities, and staff—that support our ministry.

The Director of Operations ensures budgets are clear, buildings are ready to be used, and staff are freed up to serve, as we grow toward the ten-year vision.

This role is the infrastructure beneath everything we do, turning strategy into reliability and enabling ministry to scale for future needs.

Job description

Redeemer Kansas City is a church of roughly 450 people in Midtown Kansas City. The Church owns a 65,000 square foot building, eight rental properties on Main Street and Westport Road. These facilities and steady growth in attendance has led to a ministry that has grown faster than the systems supporting it.

The Director of Operations builds and runs those systems—finances, facilities, and staff. This is the infrastructure beneath everything else we do, and when it works, most people will never see it. What they will see is a church that is focused and functioning: budgets that are clear, buildings that are ready to be used, and staff that are freed up to serve their ministry. We are building for the church we intend to be in ten years. This role is how we get there.
