Responsibilities

• Shape church culture with vision-casting and unified leadership.
• Assist Lead Pastor with staffing and ministry strategies.
• Participate in weekly planning and coordinate staff activities.
• Troubleshoot with ministries to ensure alignment and growth.
• Lead staff culture, oversee staff with monthly check-ins.
• Manage church operations, facilities, finances, and safety.
• Develop donor relations, fundraising, and campaigns; sign weekly checks.
• Oversee security team training and site safety with local authorities.
