Binswanger Glass is seeking an experienced Service Director of Operations Excellence to lead performance across our service center network. You will partner with service center managers, travel regularly to assess operations, and implement sustainable improvements that elevate overall performance.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, building leadership capability, and developing a strong talent pipeline to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading service-center networks.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and develop talent.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Capture & Deploy Best Practices: identify, document, package, and deploy practices across the network.
• Be a Field Presence That Actually Moves the Needle: travel to locations, observe operations, build trusted relationships, and identify gaps.
• Elevate Our Service Center Managers: coach managers, reinforce daily habits, give actionable feedback, and develop growth plans.
• Assess & Build Our Leadership Pipeline: evaluate leaders, plan succession, grow internal talent, and identify needs for external hires.
• Report Back to Executive Leadership: provide objective assessments, surface risks, and justify recommended changes.
