Job summary

Integrate Construction Partners seeks a Director of Construction Operations to lead daily management and coordination of projects from contract through closeout. You will mentor project managers, project engineers, and the general superintendent to align with company standards and goals, with projects local and out of state requiring travel.

You will shape policy, oversee teams through permitting, mobilization, construction, and final inspections, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience managing and mentoring junior staff and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor project teams through all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead permitting, mobilization, active construction, inspections, and closeout.
• Develop and implement safety, quality, and operations programs.
• Ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects and locations.
• Represent the company in meetings and manage subcontractor, supplier, and client relationships.
