ADP, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to oversee daily operations of condominium and homeowners' associations in Orange Park, FL. The role reports to the Regional Director within Property Management.

The ideal candidate will manage board governance, vendor performance, onsite staff, and regulatory compliance while maintaining proactive communication with residents and board members.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in community association management required.
• Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes.
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software, CINC.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners' associations.
• Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance.
• Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality.
• Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents.
• Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows.
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations.
• Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
