FNA Group in Fairbanks, AK seeks a Full-Time Management professional to supervise residential and outpatient behavioral health services. You will oversee clinical staff, ensure treatment plan sign-offs, and guide program development while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, crisis intervention, and coordination with data staff to meet grant requirements and MIS reporting. Experience in Alaska native populations is valued.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Alaska Substance Abuse Counselor Certification Level II is required.
• Master Addictions Counselor Certification or obtain within 3 years.
• Alaska Counselor and Clinical Supervisor certification or obtain within 2 years.
• Minimum 3 years of substance abuse and mental health counseling experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience managing and supervising substance abuse programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct clinical supervision for clinical staff and ongoing training.
• Provide supervisory sign-off on treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, and discharges.
• Oversee timely completion of outpatient and residential services.
• Intervene in crisis situations and maintain chart reviews.
• Develop staff development plans and assist in program policy development.
• Coordinate and submit quarterly and monthly reports accurately.
