TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Greer, SC seeks a Director of Operations to lead regional business guidelines, policies and operations to achieve peak performance and meet financial, sales and KPI targets. The role oversees client relationships with anchor and OEM accounts, drives new business opportunities, conducts site audits, and ensures health & safety and continuous improvement across the region.

Direct and manage regional operations to meet KPI and financial targets.
Maintain and develop relationships with anchor and OEM accounts; communicate with clients in person as needed.
Assist Sales in pursuing new business opportunities and upsell with regional focus.
Conduct frequent site visits to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
Develop staffing plans and recruit to maintain performance and cost controls; coordinate cross-department links.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and operations teams; ensure health & safety compliance.
