Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Director of Operations for the Greer, SC area to lead regional strategy, processes, and KPI achievement. You will coordinate operations, quality, and client relations to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, proven experience in automotive/manufacturing, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while managing budgets and teams on site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in automotive and/or manufacturing.
• Operational/Quality background with overview capabilities
• Management responsibilities (operational and HR)
• Exposure to client relationship

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with anchor and OEM accounts
• Ensuring clear and transparent communication to the client with frequent and scheduled in-person meetings
• Developing business with existing clients on farming, and upselling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and/or negotiation)
• Monitoring competition (services, prices...) at regional level
• Assist Sales with bringing on new business opportunities (hunting)
