Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a dynamic Director to lead an existing Pembroke Pines branch. You will drive business development, manage referrals, recruit and staff a high-performing team, and ensure client satisfaction through on-site leadership and partnership with corporate training.

A competitive base salary plus a 20% quarterly profit share awaits a proven leader. You will oversee budgeting, culture, and operations, while relocating to join a growing in-home care leader focused on aging

Responsabilidades

• As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory; set standards and motivate the team.
