Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL seeks a Director of Operations to lead continuous improvement across business and clinical operations. The role reports to the SVP of Operations and oversees multi-site performance and process standardization.

Responsibilities include KPI definition, dashboard implementation, collaboration with HR/compliance/training, and driving staff performance management to ensure consistent operations across markets. Full-time with weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient).
• Experience leading managers across regions or states.
• Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes.
• Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations under SVP guidance.
• Define and track KPIs for performance, patient experience, and team productivity.
• Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations.
• Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency.
• Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

• Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed


• Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications.
