Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to support 15+ clinics nationwide from our Northbrook headquarters. This role reports to the SVP of Operations and oversees clinical staff reports, inventory, employee schedules, and patient flow.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development, coordinating with department managers to ensure smooth operation across states. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in staffing management; travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience overseeing staffing and scheduling in multiple medical or dental offices
• 1+ year of management experience
• Experience managing clinics in multiple states
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft 365 and Excel
• Knowledge of medical office patient flow and scheduling
• Customer service and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reports for staff attendance and timeliness of patient care
• Monitor staff scheduling and adjust to meet staffing needs
• Track inventory status and ensure staff request supplies when needed
• Assist with new hire training and monitor progress (30, 60, 90 days)
• Collaborate with department managers to keep clinics running smoothly
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff regarding questions and scheduling requests
• Oversee and track productivity reports
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

The Regional Clinical Manager will provide support to 15+ clinics nationwide virtually from our Northbrook, IL corporate headquarters. This role will report directly to the SVP of Operations and will oversee clinical staff reports, track inventory, oversee employee schedules. and maintain proper patient flow in clinics.

Position Details

• Location: Corporate office in Northbrook, IL
• Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed
• Up to 20% travel
• Compensation: $85,000 -$105,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reports for staff attendance and timeliness of patient care
• Monitor staff scheduling and make changes as needed to ensure staffing needs are met
• Track inventory status and ensure staff is submitting requests for supplies when required
• Assist with new hire training and monitor progress throughout training period (30, 60 and 90 days)
• Work closely with department managers to ensure clinics are running smoothly
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff to answer questions, concerns, and scheduling requests (PTO, sick time, etc)
• Oversee and track productivity reports
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 3+ years experience overseeing proper staffing and scheduling while managing multiple medical or dental offices.
• 1+ year of management experience
• Experience managing clinics in multiple states
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
• Knowledge of medical office patient flow and scheduling
• Customer service and strong communication skills is a must
