Responsibilities

• Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders across program management, engineering, and quality to develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Build and develop a highly capable, cross‑trained workforce to support evolving production demands and future growth.
• Lead teams responsible for materials procurement, supplier coordination, and production planning—from long‑range planning through shop‑floor execution and work‑in‑progress management.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to drive competitiveness, including leading negotiations around pricing, quality, and terms.
• Oversee frontline leadership managing multi‑shift operations, supporting a range of skilled manufacturing personnel across fabrication, assembly, and specialized processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and implement capital investments in equipment, tooling, and production capabilities to support long‑term growth.
• Support business development efforts by contributing cost data, forecasting efficiency improvements, and evaluating future manufacturing capabilities.
