Director of Operations:
We're expanding our team and actively seeking a talented individual to lead our Operations, Technology, and Support. This position will be based in Dallas, Texas supporting all of our offices in Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.
Candidates with operations or support experience with a large organization (100+) in industries like real estate, insurance, mergers/acquisitions, private equity, consulting or sales would thrive in this role.
The Director of Operations is an execution-focused role responsible for aligning day-to-day operations with company-wide goals across our multitude of brands. This role demands a leader who can confidently set expectations, follow through, and hold team members accountable, while still fostering a positive, high-performance culture. You will be responsible for leading processes, supporting sales, and improving technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Execution
- Design, implement, and refine operational systems and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across business units.
- Collaborate with the executive team and president to translate high-level business objectives into clear operational priorities and project plans to ensure organizational goals and strategy is achieved.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships including overseeing sales support, technology and HR functions.
Broker Performance & Enablement- Lead onboarding, training, and performance management protocols for sales and admin teams.
- Implement a cadence of check-ins, reviews, and accountability checkpoints for support staff to ensure productivity.
Systems, Data & Reporting- Own the evaluation, implementation, and integration of proper technology, automation, and CRM platforms to streamline deal lifecycle management, client communication, and agent productivity, resulting in improved deal velocity and client deliver across all Prospere portfolios.
- Manage tracking systems for deals, listings, commissions, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to monitor individual and office-wide KPIs.
- Deliver recurring operational reports with insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Workflow Optimization- Standardize and simplify how sales and support teams handle common workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and introduce tools or process improvements with technology and automation to resolve them quickly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or sales enablement in a franchise, M&A, real estate, sales, consulting, insurance or other transactional professional services environment.
- Strong leadership presence with a proven ability to hire, fire and manage.
- High familiarity with CRM platforms and operational dashboards.(Hubspot experience preferred)
- Experience evaluating and implementing new technology and automation platforms for sales efficiencies
- Excellent project management, communication, and follow-through.
- Absolute discretionregarding client confidentiality.
- Bonus: Background in M&A, Real Estate or other transactional $50MM+ organization
