Our lean, high-performing team is looking for a strategic operational leader to partner directly with our CEO to drive Omni- Channel business growth and excellence.

This role goes beyond traditional operations management—it's about becoming a trusted strategic partner who can transform vision into execution, create scalable systems, and enable the CEO to focus on growth initiatives and innovation. You must be an intelligent problem solver with an Entrepreneurial flair. You are organized & confident while humble understanding none of us know it all as it is an ever changing landscape.

Your Mission

As the operational backbone of the organization, you'll bridge strategy and execution while maintaining a clear view of both day-to-day operations and long-term objectives. You'll bring structure to complexity, develop scalable processes, and ensure alignment across all teams. This unique position requires exceptional strategic thinking, operational excellence, emotional intelligence, and eCommerce expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Organization

Transform the CEO's vision into actionable plans with clear timelines and deliverables

Develop and implement systems to track progress and ensure cross-functional alignment

Lead initiatives across multiple brands and platforms with precision and accountability

Executive Effectiveness

Strategically manage the CEO's priorities and schedule to maximize productivity

Identify critical focus areas and help deprioritize lower-impact activities

Shield the CEO from unnecessary distractions while maintaining open communication channels

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily execution across marketing, inventory management, and team coordination

Spearhead product launches from initial sourcing through final marketplace listing

Ensure project milestones are met while promoting team autonomy and ownership

Systems Development

Create standardized operating procedures that reduce complexity and enable scaling

Optimize technology stack including ClickUp, SoStocked, Slack, and Klaviyo

Streamline information flow and decision-making processes throughout the organization

Team Leadership

Balance directive leadership with supportive guidance based on situational needs

Proactively identify and address operational challenges before they impact performance

Foster accountability while maintaining team morale and clarity of purpose

Qualifications

Required Experience

3-5+ years in eCommerce operations with specific expertise in Amazon and Shopify

Previous experience as Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to C-level, Head of Operations, or similar

Demonstrated success managing remote teams, freelancers, and agency relationships

Advanced project management skills with proficiency in ClickUp, Trello, or Notion

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (email automation, PPC, SEO)

Data-driven approach with ability to leverage KPIs for decision-making

Exceptional communication skills with high emotional intelligence

Technical proficiency with eCommerce tools (Google Workspace, Helium10, SoStocked)

Preferred Skills

Copywriting and editing capabilities for marketing materials

Experience directing content creation and creative strategy

Supply chain management and logistics coordination experience
