EIHC is seeking a full-timeDirector of Operationsdedicated to serving the needs of our community.
Report to and partner with the Chief Clinical Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across assigned clinical and administrative departments.
Lead and mentor departmental leaders in setting goals, improving performance, developing teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality, patient-centered operations.
Ensure operational excellence by maintaining optimized workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, access, communication, and the patient experience.
Use data and key performance indicators to evaluate performance, identify barriers, and drive measurable results.
Lead process improvement and change initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Collaborate with Quality, Finance, Human Resources, and other organizational leaders to ensure operational decisions support EIHC’s strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and mission.
Identify operational challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions that balance patient needs, employee experience, financial stewardship, and organizational priorities.
Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives that support EIHC’s growth and long-term success.
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
