Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for newly signed Mastercard customers, coordinating with Sales, Product Delivery, and Implementation.
• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Monitor onboarding milestones, risks and issues, and escalate where needed to prevent impact.
• Facilitate a smooth handoff to the long-term Account Manager after go-live.
