Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Product Experience Design to lead onboarding experience design across our enterprise product portfolio. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate onboarding strategy into intuitive, consistent user journeys that improve usability and adoption.

Qualifications

• Solid experience designing UX for digital products.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes.
• Strong understanding of usability and human-centered design.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Experience with onboarding or enterprise tools is a plus.
