Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, health administration.
• 5+ years healthcare operations experience.
• Experience in surgical or multi-provider clinical environment.
• Strong financial and operational analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize chair utilization, provider schedules and clinic throughput; resolve operational bottlenecks impacting productivity.
• Ensure efficient patient flow and staffing alignment by implementing systems to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
• Manage OMFS operating room block time and scheduling in coordination with hospital OR leadership and anesthesia teams.
• Track and improve OR utilization and case volume growth and enable expansion of surgical services and facilities.
• Monitor clinic and OR revenue performance and drive initiatives to improve collections and reduce revenue leakage.
• Analyze productivity metrics and identify operational inefficiencies and partner with finance on budgeting and forecasting.
• Build and maintain referral relationships internally and externally.
• Develop strategies to increase case volume and case mix complexity; track referral sources and conversion rates.
• Align operational infrastructure with residency program growth and participate in strategic planning for service line and educational program expansion.
• Coordinate across clinical staff, faculty, residents, and hospital teams and ensure alignment of clinic and OR schedules with educational mission.
• Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor.
