Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Progressive experience in healthcare or dental practice operations.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with staff supervision and operational accountability.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, revenue cycle, and clinic performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term operations of the Faculty Practice Clinic.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in scheduling, patient flow, and provider utilization.
• Drive improvements in clinic productivity, access, and patient satisfaction.
• Own the clinic’s operating budget, revenue cycle performance, and financial outcomes.
