Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety and respect in care delivery.
• Coordinate MDS, care planning, QA, and utilization reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff; conduct appraisals and discipline actions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments; manage budgeting.
