PACS Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the nursing department across our facilities. The DON will supervise staff, ensure high‑quality resident care, and stay in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (preferred), an active state license, and 7+ years of nurse management experience. The DON will develop policies, coordinate MDS and care planning, and lead QA initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; licensed in state.
• 7+ years of nurse management experience preferred.
• Current state nursing license in good standing; continuing education compliant.

Mansioni

• Oversee nursing department management and staffing.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure resident safety and respectful care.
• Recruit, hire and train nursing staff.
• Coordinate pharmacy services and medication destruction.
• Coordinate MDS and care planning.
• Participate in QA, utilization review, and surveys.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage budgets.
