Job summary

SNF/Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to manage the Nursing Department in a long-term care setting. Lead the clinical and administrative aspects to ensure the highest standard of resident care.

The DON will oversee staffing, compliance, care plans, and collaboration with medical directors. Strong leadership, RN licensure, and geriatrics experience are required. This role is on-site with responsibilities across administrative, clinical, and safety functions.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the state.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a nursing/long-term care setting.
• Experience with geriatrics/long-term care operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department operations and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Participate in facility surveys and coordinate with leadership during inspections.
• Supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, and ensure quality resident care.
