The Pavilion at Kenton, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Covington, KY, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and maintain a home-like environment on the former St. Elizabeth Hospital campus.

The DON will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support residents' well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting.

Located on the former St. Elizabeth Hospital campus, The Pavilion is known for its gracious, home-like environment, historic chapel, healing garden, and dedicated interdisciplinary care team. The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee all clinical operations in our close-knit community. Prior Director of Nursing (DON) experience is needed, and prior nursing home experience is required.
