Job summary

Lincolnton Rehab in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a nursing leader to direct care across a long‑term care and skilled nursing/sub‑acute center. You will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance and manage the clinical budget while mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or higher, an active RN license in North Carolina, and has at least 1 year of leadership experience. Prior sub‑acute/long-term care experience is preferred, with strong IT and EMR skills.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 1+ years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, Internet-based apps and EMR software.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or above required

• One (1+) years nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing / sub‑acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and possess ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
