Job summary

Lincolnton is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership skills to oversee nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will direct operations, coordinate a clinical team and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting a culture of growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher required or equivalent
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice
• 1+ years nursing leadership experience
• Prior LTC/ SNF or sub-acute care setting preferred
• Proficient with PC tools and EMR software

• Direct, coordinate and evaluate nursing care across the facility
• Plan, manage and oversee the clinical department and budget
• Serve as Nursing Home Administrator backup as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to patients and residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute care nursing center (all units).
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing and controlling budget, and will provide leadership and oversight of the center's clinical staff and will serve as the Nursing Home Administrator's backup as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or above required
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing / sub-acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and possess ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
