Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an ASN or higher, an active RN license in North Carolina, and has at least 1 year of leadership experience. Prior sub‑acute/long-term care experience is preferred, with strong IT and EMR skills.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required or equivalent.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• 1+ years of nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute settings is strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office, Internet-based apps and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care in a long‑term care and skilled nursing/sub‑acute setting.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, budget management, and supervise clinical staff; serve as Nursing Home Administrator backup.
