Job summary

Abercorn Rehabilitation Center in Savannah, GA is seeking a skilled RN leader to direct nursing care in a long-term care and sub-acute setting. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and high standards of quality and compliance.

You will partner with the Administrator and Regional Clinical Team, oversee clinical staff, manage budgets, and ensure excellent patient care while maintaining regulatory requirements. ASN+ RN license required.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership experience.
• Long-term care or sub-acute care experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, MS Office, Internet, and EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute care center (all units).
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and budget management; provide leadership oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to patients and residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute care nursing center (all units).

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or above required
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing leadership experience required.
• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing / sub-acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in the use of a Personal Computer and possess ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.
