As the Director of Nursing, you will lead our clinical team—including nurse managers, floor nurses, and certified nursing assistants—to deliver exceptional nursing care. You will advocate for residents, communicate with families, and support your team’s development.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including training and evaluations
• Assess residents and ensure quality care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and maintain records
• Collaborate with facility leadership on operational issues
• Plan staff meetings to ensure effective resident care

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• Current RN license in Michigan and CPR certification
• 3-5 years of long-term care experience, including 2+ years in an administrative role
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to respond to resident needs
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration skills

This is a full-time position. Certifications required: CPR-BLS. Licensure: RN Registered Nurse.
