Director of Nursing- RN

Parc Provence is looking for a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in providing top-tier memory care. This role is essential in ensuring residents receive individualized, high-quality care while fostering a supportive environment for staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all nursing staff, including RCS, CMT, LPN, RN, and additional support roles
• Supervise and evaluate resident care, ensuring adherence to nursing policies and procedures
• Address resident and family concerns while fostering a positive and collaborative care environment
• Ensure regulatory compliance through routine inspections and quality assurance initiatives
• Participate in the fiscal management of the department, maintaining cost control and budget adherence
• Actively collaborate with the management team to improve care operations and resident well-being
• Respond to nursing emergencies as needed, including after-hours situations
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring proper equipment functionality
• Work weekends, holidays, and extra shifts as needed to provide comprehensive coverage

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
