Calhoun Convalescent Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our community's clinical team and ensure high-quality care, patient safety and exceptional service. The DON will oversee nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and staff development, partnering with administration to drive outcomes and staff satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years as a DON in long-term care, RN licensure in the state, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of residency.
• 4+ years of experience as Director of Nursing in long-term care.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and reimbursement rules.
