Apploi in California is seeking a compassionate and accomplished Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and uphold the highest standard of resident care. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape care delivery in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

You will oversee nursing services, mentor staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive policy development.

Qualifications

Current California RN or LVN license.
Experience as DON or ADON with pediatrics.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
