Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field; graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- 5 years RN experience; previous department management experience.
Responsabilités
- Plan, direct, and supervise nursing staff activities.
- Ensure nursing dept. compliance with regulations.
- Develop and update department policies and procedures.
- Provide staffing to meet guest needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead QAPI activities and performance improvement projects.
- Complete annual performance reviews and provide staff guidance.
