Responsibilities

• Manages medications administration under direction of pharmacist.
• Ensures infection control and QA programs are implemented.
• Assists in disaster, fire and safety planning with leadership.
• Provides on-call nursing coverage as needed.
• Maintains records and revises policies to meet objectives and standards.
• Advises Director of Nursing on patient care and departmental issues.
