HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness across the facility. You will oversee Quality Management and PI programs, guide strategies, and drive care excellence in a complex multi-site environment.

The role requires CPHQ, a nursing or health-related bachelor’s, with a master’s preferred, plus 4+ years in healthcare quality/risk management and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• CPHQ certification (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality).
• BSN or health-related Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of data analysis in a healthcare setting.
• 4+ years of healthcare quality/risk management with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality management and patient safety programs across the facility.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness across licensing bodies.
• Lead the quality department team and manage budget.
• Collaborate with leadership to set operational performance targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive enhancements in care.
• Provide education and internal consultation on quality tools and analytics.
• Partner with physicians and staff to promote patient outcomes.
