Position Summary

As the Director of Nursing, you will organize, develop, manage, and direct the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high-quality care for residents, following health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your state
• Current CPR certification
• Infection control certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with team members and uphold safety and sanitary standards
• Availability to work scheduled hours
• Must not pose a health or safety threat to others

Experience

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time, Days shift
• Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
