Position Summary

The Director of Nursing is responsible for organizing, developing, managing, and directing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Collaborates with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high-quality care for residents, adhering to health, safety, and infection control policies.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in your state
• Current CPR certification
• Infection control certification preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community leadership
• Knowledge of safety and sanitary techniques
• Flexible working hours as required
• Must not pose a health or safety threat to others

Experience

• Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time, Days shift
• Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
