Join our team at Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Chelsea, MA as a Director of Nursing (DON)!

$12k Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs and $6k Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time RNs

Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the staffing plan reflecting the department's needs.
  2. Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care through rounds.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team.
  4. Partner with the Administrator to ensure quality, person-centered care.
  5. Develop, manage, and evaluate department policies in accordance with current regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Primary COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • Valid, unencumbered RN license.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • At least three years of clinical nursing experience in related healthcare settings.
  • Experience in supervision, teaching, and rehabilitative nursing is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
