Director of Nursing (DON) - Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab
Location: Carlisle, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at our 109-bed skilled nursing facility in Carlisle, PA. As DON, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care

Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing team including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Monitor resident outcomes and develop quality improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations

Collaborate with other departments and facility leadership

Develop and manage staffing plans, training, and performance evaluations

Serve as a role model for compassionate and ethical care

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care leadership role (DON or ADON preferred)

Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of state and federal regulations

Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
