Qualifications

  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care.

Position Summary

As the Director of Nursing, you will organize, develop, manage, and oversee the Nursing Service Department's operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain the highest quality of care for residents, adhering to health, sanitary, and infection control policies.

Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in your practicing state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Infection control certification preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, staff, and community leadership
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitary techniques
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours
  • No health or safety threats to others
Experience
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care
Shift & Compensation
  • Full-Time, Days Shift
  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
