Job summary

Continuum Medical Staffing seeks an RN Director of Clinical Operations to lead a rural health clinic network in Minnesota. Reporting to the Chief Ambulatory Officer, you will oversee clinical operations, patient care quality, and frontline services across RHC and specialty sites.

You will drive process improvements, manage staffing, scheduling, and physician coverage, ensure compliance with medical standards, and oversee Epic charting workflows.

Qualifications

• Five years of healthcare experience.
• Five+ years of clinical operations experience preferred.
• Epic charting system experience or familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for all clinics (RHC and specialty).
• Ensure high-quality patient care, excellent customer service and outcomes.
• Plan, develop and implement changes to operational health care processes; manage staffing, reception, scheduling and accounts receivable.
