Job summary

Vitality Healthcare Management seeks an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN) to provide clinical leadership across our communities in Minnesota. This role involves mentoring clinicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving outcomes across multiple locations.

The position requires strong leadership, a Minnesota RN license and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years of nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must meet Minnesota DHS background study requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to assigned communities.
• Ensure high-quality care and services are delivered in accordance with Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and company standards.
• Support and mentor Executive Directors, RNs, and clinical leadership teams.
• Conduct clinical and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support clinical education, training, competency evaluations, and staff development.
• Maintain knowledge of Minnesota Department of Health regulations, 144G requirements, and applicable federal and state laws.
• Troubleshoot challenges and develop solutions to support residents, communities, and clinical teams.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and support initiatives focused on quality improvement.
• Provide leadership and support during emergencies, outbreaks, and other clinical events.
• Assist with root cause analysis and prevention strategies following adverse incidents.
• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, county case managers, and other referral sources.
• Partner with community leadership to support census growth, admissions, service opportunities, and business performance.
• Support initiatives that improve customer service, efficiency, and workforce development.
