Job summary

Cortland Acres Health & Rehabilitation in Thomas, West Virginia is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a full-time role. The DON will provide leadership for nursing services in a long-term care setting and ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

We offer a $100,000–$110,000 annual salary, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly over twelve months, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k), health/dental/vision coverage, and flexible daily pay.

Qualifications

• RN license required in West Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred.
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
