Cortland Acres Health & Rehabilitation in Thomas, West Virginia, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a full-time role with a $100,000-$110,000 pay band and a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly.

Must have RN license in WV, DON experience in long-term care, and at least two years nursing supervision. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with leadership and collaboration valued across the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as RN in West VA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred.
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
