The Director of Nursing at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. leads all nursing operations, including infection control, quality assurance, and staff education, ensuring regulatory compliance across the program. This role partners with disciplines to support marketing efforts and referrals.

Required CA RN licensure, 4 years’ nursing admin or supervisory experience in psychiatry; or a BSN with 2 years in nursing admin. Crestwood offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Job Duties

The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The Director of Nursing ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:: $135,200 USD - $147,742 USD
