Title: Program Director

Job Duties:

The Program Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must meet regulatory educational standards.
• Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician. The program director shall also have at least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

About the Campus:

The Crestwood Center San Jose Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) on our San Jose campus is in close proximity to the mental health support services in Santa Clara County. The San Jose PHF provides a spacious environment, with two living rooms, a welcoming room, visiting space, serenity room, dining room and a beautiful courtyard. The program is dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self-empowerment and recovery in each of our clients. The San Jose PHF is designed for clients who require stabilization at a time of acute psychiatric crisis. Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, and realized potential in each client, as well as psychiatric stabilization.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:: $55 USD - $61.90 USD
